Arun Prasad is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he co-leads coverage of the healthcare services industry. Mr. Prasad has over 18 years of investment banking experience and has executed numerous corporate finance transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, was an investment banker at both Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank in their respective healthcare investment banking groups. Mr. Prasad’s managed care transaction experience includes advising on the sale of America’s 1st Choice to Anthem for $1.6 billion, the acquisition of Meridian Health Plan by WellCare for $2.5 billion, the sale of Senior Whole Health to Magellan for $400 million, as well as many others.
