Michael Schnipper, a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Healthcare practice, represents clients in all types of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. He has a depth of experience in the healthcare, life sciences and technology industries. Additionally, Mike handles all phases of a private equity firm’s investment in a portfolio company including add-on acquisitions and exit transactions. Most recently, his focus has honed in on investments in healthcare management companies, which requires a deep understanding of the healthcare laws and regulations that place restrictions on certain PE investments.
