Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Hayes was an Associate in the Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions group at Jefferies in New York City, advising both private equity sponsors and strategic clients on mergers and acquisitions across several healthcare services sectors, including: physical therapy, veterinary services, behavioral health and physician practice management (ophthalmology, dermatology, gastroenterology). Mr. Hayes began his career as an Electrical Engineer at Strand Associates Inc., a multidisciplinary engineering design firm headquartered in Madison, WI, where he designed and oversaw implementation of power distribution and control systems for a variety of industrial and municipal clients. Mr. Hayes serves on the board of directors of CEI Vision Partners and Beacon Orthopaedics.
