Philip Zaorski

Mr. Zaorski joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2012 and is currently a Principal on the Growth Buyout investment team. Mr. Zaorski serves on the boards of Vein Clinics of America and Comprehensive Pharmacy Services. In addition, Mr. Zaorski is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies including Northfield Medical, Orthotic Holdings, Inc., AppianRx (fka Southside Pharmacy), DSI Renal (nka US Renal Care; acquired), HOPCo (fka The CORE Institute; acquired), Golden State Medical Supply (acquired) and Solis Mammography (acquired). Prior to Frazier, Mr. Zaorski was an analyst with RBC Capital Markets where he worked on a variety of engagements including mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance. Mr. Zaorski holds a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
