Adam T. Portacci, ABV, CVA, CHC, has more than nine years of experience providing health care valuation services, and is skilled in transaction planning, corporate development, regulatory compliance, litigation support, purchase accounting and tax planning. He has served both large national health systems as well as independent providers, and has performed valuations of both inpatient and outpatient health care entities and compensation arrangements.
Adam is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and recognized as a CVA by the National Association Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is an active member of AICPA and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). Adam earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He currently meets the general continuing professional education requirements of AICPA and NACVA, as well as continuing professional education with concentrations in health care valuation and compliance. Adam has been published and presented on numerous health care and valuation topics.
