Jay is a trusted M&A advisor to both sell and buy-side clients primarily in the areas of surgical facilities as well as Physician Group Practice joint ventures and private equity transactions. Prior to his Investment Banking activities Jay began as a practicing surgeon and developed one of the first Physician Practice Management Groups in the nation with 19 offices. He then went on to develop and manage numerous Physician owned Surgery centers that successfully joint ventured with public and private hospital companies. Jay has participated in almost $.5 billion in transactions.
